By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products
We sell luxury stationery and everyday products, including notebooks, journals, planners, pens, desk accessories, tote bags, and customised/corporate gift sets (e.g. executive gift sets, employee welcome kits, wedding welcome boxes, personalised guest books).
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials, and descriptions accurately. However:
- Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur, particularly for handcrafted or natural materials;
- Product availability is not guaranteed and items may be withdrawn or substituted;
- Prices and promotions (including sale discounts) are subject to change without notice and apply only to orders placed while the offer is live.
3. Orders and Acceptance
- Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case you will be refunded in full.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, including delivery address and any customisation/personalisation information you provide.
4. Customisation and Corporate/Wedding Orders
For custom, corporate, or wedding gift orders:
- You are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details (e.g. text, names, company information) at the time of order. We are not liable for errors in customisation resulting from information you supplied incorrectly.
- Customised or personalised items are made to order and, once production has started, may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where faulty (see Section 8).
- Lead times for custom or corporate orders may differ from standard stock items; estimated timelines will be confirmed via our contact form or by email.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
- Payment is taken at the time of order. Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before processing if this affects your order.
6. Delivery
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
- Orders are dispatched via courier partners including UPS and FedEx. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or via your order confirmation/tracking email.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or arrange redelivery directly with the courier where needed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, extreme weather).
7. Free Shipping and Promotions
- Free shipping thresholds and discount codes (e.g. 10% off first orders for newsletter sign-ups) apply only under the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
- Promotional discounts cannot typically be combined unless expressly stated.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Our returns and refund process is set out on our Returns and Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel a standard (non-personalised) order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
- Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items are generally excluded from the right to cancel, except where faulty or not as described.
- If an item arrives damaged or faulty (e.g. a broken bottle-style item or damaged packaging), please contact us at help@sorami.co.uk with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once a return is received and inspected, or once a claim is approved.
9. Gift Cards
Where eGift Cards are offered:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Gift cards must be used within any validity period stated at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift card codes.
10. Account and Wishlist
- You may create an account to track orders, save items to your wishlist, and manage delivery details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sorami and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
12. User Submissions
If you submit content to us (e.g. via our contact form, personalisation requests, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order or responding to your enquiry. You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
